Hummingbird uses a USB-C charging port. Its May 14, 2026 user manual specifies a 5V/1A power input. Use the supplied USB-to-USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter; the manual's diagram shows a USB-A adapter connection.

Charge the battery

1. Turn the device off. Check that the device, cable, and charging port are dry and undamaged.
2. Connect the USB-C end to Hummingbird and the other end to the compatible power adapter.
3. Allow about 2 hours for charging. The power indicator is red while charging and green when fully charged.
4. Disconnect the charger when charging is complete.

Do not use Hummingbird while it is charging. The manual states that the device cannot be used during charging.

If it will not turn on

The manual recommends charging a low battery for at least 2 hours before checking again. If the device still does not work, turn it off and contact [email protected]. Do not disassemble it or use a damaged cable.
