Hummingbird Care and TroubleshootingUpdated 2 hours ago

These checks come from the May 14, 2026 Hummingbird manual. Turn the device off if it malfunctions. If the checks below do not resolve the problem, stop using it and email [email protected]. Do not open or repair it yourself.

Will not turn on

A low battery may be the cause. Follow the Hummingbird charging guide and charge for at least 2 hours before checking again. Do not operate it while charging.

Weak suction

Check the selected suction level and whether the cup is firmly attached. With the device off or on standby, check the cup against the fitting diagram in the manual. Do not force a cup or use a cracked or damaged cup. A low battery can also reduce performance; recharge as instructed in the manual.

Weak heat or vibration

Check that the heat or vibration function is turned on using its own button. Recharge a low battery. In a cold environment, the manual suggests increasing the heat setting, but only use a comfortable setting and allow the device to cool if it becomes uncomfortably hot.

Cleaning and storage

  • Turn the device off and unplug it before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
  • Keep it dry and away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not place heavy objects on it.
  • If it has been stored for more than 3 months, inspect and recharge it before use.

When to stop using it

Stop if the device, cup, cord, or plug is damaged, or if you experience irritation, pain, increased discomfort, numbness, or loss of sensation. Contact your physician if symptoms persist. Read the full precautions in the manual before using the device.

For support, include your order number, the problem you are seeing, and a photo or short video of the device and its indicators.
