Turn the device off before changing or checking a head.

Push-fit heads: Bantam and B37 v1

Bantam uses push-fit attachments. With the device off, insert the head firmly and remove it by pulling it out. Do not force an incompatible attachment.

The original B37 v1 also uses push-fit heads. It has a round barrel charging socket.

Locking heads: Kestrel, B37 v2, 365, and B37S

With the device off, align the marks on the locking head and port, insert the head, and rotate clockwise about 90 degrees to lock. Turn it back to release the lock before withdrawing it. Never force a locked head straight out.

B37 v2 has USB-C charging and uses the locking system. Do not use the original B37 push-fit removal instructions for a locking head.

For compatibility and replacement options, see Ordering Extra Heads.

If a head remains loose or stuck, do not use tools or force it. Email [email protected] with your model and a photo of the head and connector.
